General:

-Though I'm mostly using Hyrule Warriors icons, this journal doesn't represent any specific incarnation of Ganondorf (I just like the hair).


RP ideas:

-I'm okay with making Ganondorf sympathetic or more chilled out, but not particularly interested in outright redemption stories.

-Situations in which his ambitions are pointless are always a good method to have him be more civil, e.g. fake jamjars

Canonmates-

-I'm always interested in canonmates, from the most positive CR to the most negative.

-That said I'd be really interested in scenarios where the interactions are forced to break the mould. I'd especially enjoy forcing the Triforce wielders to cooperate, such as to defeat a more significant threat (which Ganondorf could end up hijacking). I'm also always open to Ganondorf using a disguise/alias for some sort of evil scheme.

-Modern/futuristic (but not mundane) AU idea- Ganondorf, having been on the receiving end enough times, creates a seal which slowly drains the magical power from Hyrule and enters a thousand-year self-imposed sleep to avoid direct confrontation with the current incarnation of Zelda and Link until circumstances are more in his favour. He leaves instructions with a trustworthy minion to spend this time arranging a suitable power base for his return- this takes the form of a mass of money and treasure. Ganondorf engineers a number of problems which he then solves with the use of technology produced by his company- unbeknownst to all, this technology is crafted with dark magic and as his influence grows stronger, his miraculous technology finding its way into every aspect of life, plans to break the seal on magic and take over Hyrule in one fell swoop. Ironically, however, having used most of his power to seal magic, he does not have the strength to undo it himself. Naturally, he needs to trick Zelda and Link into breaking the seal for him.
